Shpora.tech

For technical interviews and live coding

An AI assistant that
prompts you through interviews

It hears the question, knows your CV, and puts the backbone of an answer in front of you within a second. You speak in your own words — Shpora only reminds you what matters.

15 minutes free, no card. Windows and macOS.

How it works

Three steps and a second brain sits beside you

Shpora is an app on your computer. It hears what you hear, so it works the same with Zoom, Meet, Teams or anything else.

Step 1

Start before the call

Open the app and press one shortcut. Until you do, no audio goes anywhere and no minutes are spent.

Step 2

Talk as usual

The interviewer's question is recognised on the fly. The answer starts typing itself before you finish saying «let me think».

Step 3

Answer in your own words

The prompt is short bullet points, not a script to read out. You stay the author of the answer — you just stop forgetting the main thing when nervous.

What it does

Built for technical interviews, not for meetings in general

An answer in a second

The prompt starts appearing before you finish saying «let me think». No pause you have to fill with silence.

Tasks from the screen

One shortcut and the task on the screenshot is solved: the idea, working code, time and memory complexity, and the edge cases worth mentioning out loud.

Knows your résumé

Upload your résumé and the job description — answers will lean on your experience and stack instead of generic words. «Tell me about yourself» stops being a problem.

The conversation stays yours

Audio is never recorded or stored. The transcript lives in memory and disappears with the session — only your billed minutes reach the disk.

Pricing

Pay for the job hunt, not for a year of subscription

Simple maths: one hour, one interview. Minutes are spent on speech only: pauses and silent live-coding are not billed. There is no annual plan here — people look for a job for a month or two, not twelve.

Download

Get the app

After installing, sign in to your account, copy the access key and paste it into the app.

Loading builds…

The app is not yet signed with a publisher certificate, so the system will ask on first launch. On Windows press «More info» → «Run anyway». On macOS open it with right click → Open: a plain double click will be refused the first time.

If Windows 11 Smart App Control blocks the installer and there is no «Run anyway» button, download the no-install version: it runs straight away and installs nothing.

Frequent questions

What people usually ask

Will anyone notice I use Shpora?

Shpora never joins the call and never appears in the participant list — it runs on your computer like any other app. Its window stays out of screen sharing through a standard Windows and macOS capability, not a security bypass. Following the rules of a particular interview is your responsibility: where assistance is not allowed, do not use it.

Which video services does it work with?

All of them. Shpora does not join the call and never appears in the participant list — it listens to your computer's system audio. So it does not care what you are calling with.

Are my interviews recorded?

Not by default: the transcript lives in the process memory and disappears when the session closes. A history of questions and answers can be enabled in the app settings — then it appears in your account page and can be deleted at any time. Audio is never stored.

How are minutes counted?

By the audio that actually went to recognition. Pauses are cut off on your computer and are not billed, so an hour-long interview normally fits into an hour of your plan.

Do I need a microphone, and can I be heard?

Shpora takes system audio — the other person's voice, not your microphone. It plays nothing back and does not affect what call participants hear.

What does macOS need?

On first launch macOS will ask for screen recording permission — without it there is no system audio and no screenshots. If system audio is still unavailable, install the free BlackHole: the app will find it by itself.

Is this fair?

That is for you to decide. We make a tool that helps you not to freeze and to recall what you already know — like a cheat sheet you write so that you never need to look at it. The rules of a particular employer, and what you do about them, remain on your side.
